Douglas Eyre Sports Centre is the Foundation’s largest ground. Acquired in 1909, it was renovated in 1989 as a regional football centre. It is home to two ground breaking social inclusion projects, the All Nations Football Programme and Coping Through Football. The centre is also the main base for the London FA’s coach education programme and has qualified thousands over the last 24 years. The artificial turf pitch was replaced with a 3G surface in 2012 and has pitch markings for 11v11, 9v9 and 7v7.
In addition to intensive use by local clubs, schools also use the field for their sports days and the pitches for inter school competitions at school, district and county level.
