Stand up for LPFF and Saracens

Anonymous 09 December 2013

As one of Saracens' nominated charities this year we were lucky enough to be invited to Allianz Park to promote the charity at the recent Saracens vs Sale Sharks match. We had our own stand with an LPFF branded hoopla game which proved very popular with kids and adults alike - bringing out the competitive side in many fans! This gave us the chance to talk to fans who previously hadn't known about the charity and we were also interviewed on the big screen!

Following an LPFF art competition held with Gunnersbury School entitled "Drawing Inspiration from Sport" two lucky boys Barnabas and Felipe had the honour of delivering the match ball - and they did a great job!

Saracens players also wore LPFF t-shirts whilst warming up and we had a full page in the match day programme. This along side a bucket collection helped us promote the charity to lots of sports fans who want to help protect places to play sport forever.
