Information

Douglas Eyre Sports Centre is our largest ground acquired in 1909. It is home to three ground breaking social inclusion projects, Coping Through Football, Green Hearts and Girls Football Hub.

The centre is also the main base for the London FA’s coach education programme and has qualified thousands over the last 26 years. The state of the art 3G pitch has pitch markings for 11v11, 9v9 and 7v7 football.

In addition to intensive use by local clubs, Waltham Forest schools also use the field for their sports days and the pitches for inter school competitions at school, district (Hackney) and county (Inner London) level.
